>> that breaking news is in seattle. four people have been shot on the campus of seattle pacific university. we're told that more victims are likely. these are live pictures from the scene. police already do have one suspect in custody. they're searching for a second suspect they believe is armed with a handgun the university posted a message saying the campus is under lock down we'll continue to monitor this situation onthe air and online at twitter. good afternoon, everyone, i'm larry beil >> a wanted homicide suspect is dead after an officer-involved shooting in sunnyvale.

officers were attempting to serve a warrant in a home this morning. they say they arrived and the man had a gun. tiffany wilson is live with details. >> you can tell, streets behind me are closed off. there are two investigations going on now. the first is that officer involved shooting and the second, a search for evidence with a woman says was an acquaintance of the man shot. she went missing about a year ago. officers believe he was involved in the death. this neighborhood is more accustomed to summery sound of wind chimes than the harsh crack of gunfire. >> said there are 12, 13 shots there. he heard the police and everything. >> video shows the truck in the

yard a sign of urgency the situation became violent. officer was the sunnyvale department of public safety say they tried to serve a warrant for the suspect of a homicide investigation a broken door is evidence he didn't comply. they forced entry. >> he displayed a long gun. >> the captain says officers shot the suspect inside of the home. he was pronounced dead at the hospital the middle school went on lock down the neighborhood morphed into an investigation zone. an officer had to escort a pregnant mother, and her daughter, home the officers searched the home for evidence regarding the suspected homicide victim. the woman went missing about a year ago. at this point, officers say her body has not been found. in sunnyvale, abc7 news.

>> fbi agents were back inside ryan chamberlain's apartment today. he is charged with possessing explosive materials inside of his home. police arrested him after an fbi manhunt. we are live in san francisco with the developing news. leanne? >> reporter: well, the fbi arrived after 9:00 this morning and they were inside of the apartment about five hours. they took their time about it. now, they called this a routine second visit, taking with it more evidence for their case. using lab equipment, technicians spent hours testing materials inside of ryan chamberlain's apartment, presumely looking for evidence of explosives the fbi got a second search warrant to be able to return to his apartment.

>> a search warrant focuses down on other items that may be of interest to us. still going to collect that evidence for the investigation. >> saying they indicated he had bomb making materials in his apartment. agents found him near his apartment and talked to him. according to the complaint, during that conversation, chamberlain admitted he was aware of the network that disguyses a person's identity but moving their traffic across different servers. still, they let him go, but the fbi obtained a search warrant and found what they say is enough material to make a weapon of mass destruction. and a bhok was secured and agents wearing gear went home. he was arrested after a citywide search. he had posted a suicide letter

on his facebook account. today's search had one neighbor concerned about safety. pa trish yoo barlow confronted fbi spokesperson. >> this is right through the wall from me. if there is a dangerous substance, i'm the person most exposed to that. >> the fbi assured her it was safe. barlow says chamberlain spoke inand was courteous. >> i could be wrong. >> the fbi served a second property but would not say what, if anything they found there. in san francisco, abc7 news. >> several east bay law enforcement agencies are forming a task force to address a rash of so called wilding incidents. police say a mob of young people, sometimes in the dozens rob people at gun point in, one incident they tried to car jack
